@V2Blast I think the way I'll apply this is that, if you get this tattoo, any creature within 5' who moves triggers OA, any creature within 10' who moves away from you triggers OA, and any creatuer 15' who moves away triggers OA. Why? "Reach is extended 'up to' 15' - I don't think it's OP since you can only use that feature once per day (will review the tattoo later). What do you think?
