PS. The next changes to tags I'm thinking about are:

- Merging [practice] into [learning]. I feel they're insufficiently distinct for the purposes of tagging.
- Merging [surnames] into [names].
- Merging [songs] into [lyrics]. Here I think maybe [music-and-lyrics] would be a better name.

(I'm trying to "do the obvious before the optional".)

And some other things:
- [casual] can probably just go (it's far too vague)
- [doraemon] seems unnecessary
- [constructs] can probably go (it's mostly just [grammar])
- we can probably live without [emphasis]
- I don't think [formalities] is needed; there are reasonable alternatives
- [notations] is kind of a grammar error; it should be [notation]
- I think [sentence] can go (there's [sentence-structure])
- [traditional-vs-simplified] could just be replaced by [traditional-chinese] and [simplified-chinese]
