I have engaged with a user in the procmail tag, all their questions are vague and meandering and (to the extent I can understand what they are asking) quite beginner-level. I am a regular on Stack Overflow but don't have a lot of experience with this site; should I post cv-pls here like we do in SOCVR or just vote to close, or report for mod attention? (The activity should be easy to see on my profile)
