just learnt something last friday, hp thin client got checked for the activation on hp server . wasnt able to activate the latest enterprise ltsc (2016->2019)

it seem hp keep the serial number on their system if you paid for the extra, and activate the thinclient accordinly if it receive the activation packet from a thin client that is ok, no matter the oem key inside the client
