Essential changes after getting a new laptop: Reg Add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync" /V "EnableAppearOffline" /D 1 /T REG_DWORD /F
Without that there is no 'invisible' mode in lync 365
I see lots of people with shawls, home made masks ect. Not sure if those help or make things worse.

Arh. With regards to registry edits, I just went to "but that is how you configure windows the easy way".... And I did not see the humour in it until 60 seconds afterwards
