Oh gotta love ISPs :) -- Apparently in July my ISP created a brand new email address for me and has been mailing statements to that new address. I had no clue the address even existed. So, naturally I haven't been getting any email from it. Seems I missed a couple statements which were just languishing in this unknown email account. Real brain-trust going on there. :) I can't pay my bills if I never see my bills.

No. It's just now a 2-month bill rather than one... but I had to pay in the next week or it'll disconnect. I'm just kind of lucky the ISP has an automated call service that tells (pesters) you when you're late. Otherwise I'd have never known and would end up with a disconnect.

Why.. after (literally) 20 years they assigned my account a new email address is just moronic.

I'll NEVER use their new email address for me

I merely set it to forward to the old address (which is still working at the moment).
