Q: Why is this clearly wrong answer "Looks OK"?

@ymb1 Went on Sunday. The CB all tracked to the south of the city. Had a layer of BKN but otherwise a good day for it.
one of the performers had a mishap during practice the day before the show. Had to land his Bonanza on a single wheel. I think they replaced his act with a guy in an L-39 Albatros and he blew a tire on landing.
