@Joshua: I don't see how saying "unable" would be considered pilot deviation, but you could try one of those three: Is refusing an instruction considered pilot deviation? (ask for regulations and limit it to a country, e.g.: ) or: Has a pilot ever gotten in trouble for saying "unable"? or: How do I request from a controller to stick to standard phraseology?
and for context, link the video, and add a brief description of the events as they unfolded, bonus points for linking to the final report as well and using official excerpts so everyone knows what part(s) are unclear to you

@FreeMan here's an example from the cockpit for runway 9 (didn't need the circular pad):

@ymb1 thanks! That speed up in the video shortly after touch down made the turnaround look a bit... hectic! Interesting to me that he didn't appear to stop prior to the u-turn, I would have thought that would be the procedure. Again, IANAP, so that's just my speculation/expectation...

@FreeMan possibly to avoid the wheels locking after such hard brake application, taking it easy and cool is better than rushed (and ends up quicker since it's more calculated)
@FreeMan here's a jet:
also didn't need the pad
sorry that's a turboprop (still looking for a jet on 09 -- they're rarer)
@FreeMan found a jet, also skipped the pad despite being so close to it:

@ymb1 Oy, that yoke movement! Is that normal or was it particularly windy that day? (watched at work with audio off).
Also, was the right hand on the thigh or is there a control there that I didn't see? I thought it was one hand on the yoke, one on the throttle in case a go around was necessary.

@FreeMan the captain (other seat) is flying ;)
@FreeMan regarding runway 27 and the big types sticking to Delta even if it means a backtrack, here's a gem (shortly after 3'30") -- @PerlDuck's find (the AIP text in action)

5:45 PM
@ymb1 So that was FO just following along with a hand on the yoke just in case?
Interesting that the exits are so narrow that it is easier/more expedient to make a u-turn than use a different exit.
I like the time-lapse of the pax disembarking - looked like little lemmings. :)

@FreeMan timelapses of larger planes are more interesting, they rise and fall as passengers and cargo are offloaded and loaded -- I'll check the FO's hand again in a bit, most likely using the push to talk on the yoke

6:25 PM
@FreeMan ok I watched the whole approach twice (albeit in 2x), not once the FO held the yoke (didn't watch past the landing)

6:55 PM
@ymb1 you know, you're right. I just assumed that she had a hand on the yoke (looks like a female hand on the thigh) and blabbed my mouth.

So, my glider club, the Sandhill Soaring Club, has an interesting historical artifact: the first Tost winch ever sold in the US.
It has painted on it: "First Tost-winch for USA! Many happy launches!"
Sadly, it hasn't been used for many years. I don't know if we ever will do another winch launch.
It pretty much looks like this—
