This question has a definitive answer which can be sourced from the FR24 website. Simply put, the flight reached the limit of what the pilots had programmed into the FMC. No descent had been programmed in so it started the approach, overflew the airport then ran out of instructions so it disconnected. Can I get some votes to reopen, please?
