That Q has been a graveyard of answers deleted and downvoted. It's a nice trick question, but the answer is as simple as Mike put it, and I here in a different way. Perhaps closing the vector diagram is mentally tricky, or perhaps the concept of net upward/downward forces.
I appreciate the effort of setting up the room btw, but next time do it the lazy way, just copy the permalink of the most recent chat message, it will already come with a hyperlink and will save you copying and pasting
