The answer to this question is very simple. Namely: "Because the phrase 'aerodynamic center' means the point about which the pitching moment coefficient is constant."
But last time I posted a simple answer like that, I got 3 downvotes.
Heck, I'm posting it.
So, more specifically, someone on math.SE asked, "What does 0≠1 mean?"
I posted an answer explaining what 0≠1 means.
Someone else posted an answer explaining why the axiom 0≠1 is included in a certain list of axioms, but which said nothing at all about what 0≠1 means.
My answer got a score of -2, theirs got a score of 3.
So I edited the question to "Why is 0≠1 included in this list of algebraic axioms?"
:D
Anyway, I don't know what lesson to learn from that. Apparently, the question had a secret meaning that was visible to everyone except me.

Q: Comment tag for bounty giver or post editor

ymb1I don't know if it's a missing feature, or a bug. But when someone offers a bounty on someone else's post, you cannot tag them in a comment using @. Same goes when someone edits a post that is not theirs and they don't leave a comment.

@TannerSwett many time I don't understand why answer are downvoted. Today I begin to ask for comment when a answer I think is OK (maybe not developed enough,but still OK) is downvoted withou comment. Maybe we should enforce comment when downvoting.
