Two interrelated questions: 1) what’s it called in an rpg adventure when the tension comes from the PCs noticing something is off (someone forgetting something they should know, or not noticing an obvious problem)? 2) are rpg adventures/scenarios that aren’t tied to any one rule set a thing?
