@TheMaskedRebel It's a spammer. They've already been destroyed. You'll see a Smoke Detector message above yours reporting the spam from that account. (Smoke Detector is a spam-detection bot.)

Spam accounts almost always get used to make 1 or 2 posts and then are thrown away by the spammer, so we are unlikely to see serial spam from any one account. But there is someone somewhere making accounts around the 'net to post this spam.

There's automated systems that stop most of their posts from getting through in the first place, but Smoke Detector exists to help catch the rest.

If you do see spam posts, please flag them as spam (using the built-in spam flag reason). If you see a problem account, please flag any of that account's posts and explain the problem as a custom flag. If they have no posts you can ping any of the site moderators here in chat about it. (nitsua60 and I are most reliably pingable, the other 2 mods aren't in chat as often.)
