On of your site users asked OP to provide more details. Without details the questions is unclear. Unclear questions should never be migrated anywhere.

And OP made it clear in Revision 3 that they can't provide instructions (whatever the reason be). So the question is destined to remain unclear.

The question needs these details:

Hi. We need the details. We cannot help without that because we don't know what you know. At the very minimum, give us Android device name you are using. The package names of the two apps causing problem for you. The output of the commands: pm dump PKG_NAME for both the packages. The list of pm related exact commands you have tried. Also, try deleting or disabling the app the way you did before (do tell us how), than reboot, than when the device boots up take a logcat dump and share it with us. — Firelord ♦ 7 mins ago

@Firelord The only place he is going to be able to provide those details is on Android.se, as the question will immediately be nuked on SU so they would never know to provide the information. But I take your point, only migrate fully formed questions.
