There's a lot for a SysAdmin. What experience have you had already? Have you done helpdesk type work and want to move up from there? Do you want to focus on servers, clients, networks, printers, security...?
(and while I've gotten not gotten my paws on the third edition, since my current job is... not letting me touch the fun stuff, it is likely to be excellent)
@Michael I would look at automation then. If you're dealing with user accounts, how can you automate it more? If you're dealing with software installs, how can you automate it?
