I know somebody on a mac and their chrome browser is showing a website like this
I heard that a certificate issue could cause that? if so, how would I check that?

@barlop You can inspect the certificate details by clicking the padlock icon in the address bar.
It looks to me like a CSS file is not getting loaded.
