guys, do anyone have any template for a document describing a high availability infrastructure? I designed a dozen of those, but I never had to write the specification using the isos and so... and now I have to write the document...

those bureaucratic docs that specifies SLA, availability zones, RPO, backup strategy... I can design the entire system diagram, with the rules and interconnections, but write the paper is something I never done before

it's going to be tricky share those sort of documents due to the sensitive commerical data contained in them

I guess so...
