BUt then, I am one having to maintain an infotainment system professionally, maybe I see more than others.

We actually do use Xibo to run campaigns and different screens over the day

He is not straight up asking how to program it, but wondering if something like that exists in the open. And the answer is, yes it does, there are many Digital Signage programs out there and they are quite handy, if you are looking for a system that displays different things on a display.

Try disabling the service.

Or even just remove the driver altogether and see if Windows will take over.

Device Manager or Windows Update might not be able to find the right one, check laptop manufacturer's website

Especially Windows 10, because of the whole MS push to get people off 7/8/8.1
