Sticky notes actually have to be... sticky

Though I do get feeling mildly furious at seemingly nonsensical changes

@bertieb No I wouldn't say it is. Not when it's completely messing my the workflow that I've had in place in years.

This is why I usually stick to LTSB editions of windows
