Q: How to disable all browser extensions while in private mode?

I want something similar to Chrome Incognito Tab where all addons and extensions are disabled by default. Unfortunately, entering private mode in Firefox doesn't do that and extensions still have access to web page content. I want to avoid it while browsing through my bank account.

Because switching to FF was hard enough, and now this is really just annoying the hell out of me

Good morning. Is it possible to run a graphical variation of Linux on a device that connects via USB, so I can simply plug it into my TV? I'm hoping the device it runs on is really very small as I don't have room to have a computer there (I know raspberry PI is small but not powerful enough to push the display onto the TV according to my research)

it's possible sure. But it very much depends on the 'device' and your TV.

Raspberry pi's don't output via usb though, they output via hdmi

I've heard RasPi 3B+ can run a gui quite nicely?

Yes. I was thinking about plugging in a USB that runs an OS... We have a TV in a room, and the goal is when my daughters do home work, they can simply run a browser on the TV and research

I appreciate a laptop would suffice, but the TV is always there etc

I'd suspect a raspi would do that perfectly.

I haven't actually done it myself however.

There's plenty of 'other' raspi simular things which do this too

hardware recs might be the best place to ask

'some' tablets can do hdmi out, so you could connect one of those, with bluetooth keyboard and mouse too

Anyone here has any suggestions for emulating a keyboard for password input?

I have a collection of many username / password combinations which I have to type frequently. If it's on my own computer, I will open my password app and paste it. But if it's on a computer I don't own and can't install any software, I need to have a safe, airtight way of transferring this infor...
