Looks like HP will be first to Picasso, just as they were to Raven Ridge.
The HP ENVY x360 13 will still have no Intel option. The 15" model will be available with a choice of Intel or AMD processors.
Perhaps more interestingly... HP is launching a 17" variant of the non-convertible ENVY mainstream laptop with an optical drive. This feature has basically gone the way of the dodo on most consumer laptops.
I suspect HP's continued choice of AMD processors in the 13" ENVY x360 lies in being able to hit a desired price point, as this is meant to be their least expensive (semi-)premium convertible laptop. Although I'm not sure whether AMD's improved their idle power enough to catch up with Intel on battery life, seeing more AMD hardware out there is very encouraging.
They've actually sold quite well at the local electronics store.
(do bear in mind that Intel is still grappling with a 14nm processor shortage, which is making it difficult for OEMs to get low-end Intel chips; this explains why AMD Bristol Ridge and Raven Ridge processors have been getting increasingly common over the last year in entry-level machines)
What I do like about this machine is its support for charging via USB Power Delivery and the USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports (despite the spec sheet saying that they're USB 3.1 Gen 1).

@JourneymanGeek The Post Office revises postal codes quite frequently. One example is that new developments get temp postal codes and when completed they get new ones (that are usually the same excepts for the last 2 letters). Causes havoc as the builders register the utility (gas and electric) supplies using the temp postcodes in the national databases ...

Hmm. Looks like I shouldn't be affected.
