Quantum CSS is the first in a series of next-generation multithreaded page rendering technologies. It enables Firefox to lay out page content using multiple processor cores.
Going forward, there will also be a new, fully hardware-accelerated rendering engine, letting it draw content on the screen like a game. This is called Quantum Render, but it's several months away.

Oh, and a tip for @rahuldottech, @Avery and any other young people reading this: plan your retirement and a savings account. I can't stress this enough.
@rahuldottech they're bad with money, they rarely update their stuff unlike stuff like gitlab, they're expensive (7$ really is a ton for what they offer), they boast about diversity but they're terrible at it.
Employers here are required by law to set apart a percentage of your salary into a government-backed retirement plan. If you start working early and properly registered, you can retire with a considerable retirement earning (well, it gets smaller constantly when politicians passes laws reducing it, but still better than nothing).
Had I started getting proper jobs in my early 20's instead of having a shitty career record, I could retire much earlier and much more comfortable than my current prospects.
(The only downside is if you get unemployed, you have to either pay those yourself, or postpone your retirement)
