the fuck is this imgur.com/a/BBSIY
there IS no organisation I'M AT HOME

1:17 AM
doing slmgr.exe -ipk *product key here* does not work because I dont have the product key

Check your Group Policy.

for what
I just used a product key finder but it says its invalid when I type the product key into slmgr

How did you acquire this license?

my brother installed win 10 on my laptop
cause I gave it to my mom for a year
ill have to wait till be comes in to ask him

1:36 AM
It sounds like a volume license key to me.

oh ok
it has never asked for this licence in like a year thats the weird thing

in Tavern on the Meta on Meta Stack Exchange Chat, 4 mins ago, by bwDraco
I'm wondering... what made me start using chat as a soapbox? I don't quite recall doing this before the 2014 Super User mod election and the subsequent Winter Bash, which is when things started going downhill.
@JourneymanGeek: this is interesting...
in Ask a Super User Moderator, Jan 14 '15 at 23:05, by DragonLord
@JourneymanGeek I'm very sorry to say that your fears have come true. I cannot contribute at my full pace any longer and may retire from Stack Exchange completely within the next few months.
So... I think I have a better idea of what's going on. Over the last three years, my perception of Stack Exchange, and in chat in particular, became less of a place to contribute knowledge, and more of a proving ground for my behavior. This began roughly with the 2014 mod election.
The obsession with becoming the best possible contributor started in the run-up to the following Winter Bash:

Answer more questions. Spend time on Meta. Help new users. Browse the review queues. Use the 10k tools.
(see context)
This persisted for quite some time, involved a massive experiment with a new answer format as well as with various 10k tools like the "new answers to old questions" feed, before ending in a mental breakdown and a suspension:
Mar 2 '16 at 23:21, by Journeyman Geek
So... @bwDraco.. I've been tremendously patient with you so far. You keep going off the rails, hijacking the conversation, constantly quoting yourself. I do note I've refrained from suspending you so far, but I think you're having one of your episodes again. I'm giving you a day off chat. If we need to discuss this, the mod chatroom may be a good place in future.
Since then, the obsession has been with proving myself as being capable of becoming a moderator or room owner, despite repeated suggestions that this shouldn't be my top priority. Later messages pointed me to a severe lack of social soft skills, and try as I might, I have been unable to address them.

1:57 AM
@CoderCat in theory, a fake activation server is a pretty common, relatively safe piracy tool
If your install relied on one, and it went down...

Other community members have suggested that I spend some socializing outside, noting that there isn't a real substitute for real social experience.

@CoderCat there might be a command to check what method of activation you used. I have it somewhere but am on my phone

ok
thanks anyway

Going forward, I will be realigning my goals and focusing less on becoming an RO or mod. Chat is for talking with others and is not a soapbox or blog, nor is it any sort of "proving ground" for social skills. I may be participating less in this room, and the nature of my participation is likely to change significantly over the coming weeks and months.

@bwDraco You don't need to participate less, just monologue less.

2:01 AM
This should be the last monologue I should have to write in a long time.

the whole of SE is a proving ground on who is right about the most obscure details

I just wanted to come clean about my issues over the last several months and understand what led me to where I am.

I see it all the time, people arguing over some irrelevant technical term rather than helping somebody

That should put an end to the whole monologue/soapboxing problem.

I don't get why people are expected to have perfect spelling and grammar and to have researched it when some people are running a business and need technical help, not to 'learn something'

With that out of the way...

@CoderCat cause minimal effort is a minimum

@JourneymanGeek I'm not too familiar with this sort of activation issue. Care to explain this in more detail?

sure

@CoderCat Oooh... so is this an OEM install?

2:05 AM
I woke up and then there was a load of popup boxes open saying I need to activate windows

We ran into this when we were attempting to activate Win10 with O365 accounts.

@MichaelFrank It looks like a volume license key was activated, possibly a pirated one.

so I go to the activate page in the settings app and get an error saying 'we can't activate windows on this device as we cant connect to your organization's activation server'
this is like after a year at least of running it without any activation problems
I think it also did a massive update before this

This isn't @CoderCat's fault; his friend might have put in a pirated copy without his knowledge.

@bwDraco oh that command tells you what sort of licence you have

2:09 AM
here is my windowsupdate.log source pastebin.com/d0NGU8hb
some update about now being able to pin web pages and contacts to the taskbar

2:29 AM
So... I was researching the topic of netbooks and, after going down the Wikipedia rabbit hole, found this little gem
The MediaGX CPU is an x86 compatible processor that was manufactured and designed by Cyrix and later after merger manufactured by National Semiconductor, and was introduced in 1997. The core is based on the integration of the Cyrix Cx5x86 CPU core with hardware to process video and audio output (XpressRAM, XpressGRAPHICS, XpressAUDIO). Following the buyout of Cyrix by National Semiconductor and the sale of the Cyrix name and trademarks to VIA Technologies, the core was developed by National Semiconductor into the Geode line of processors, which was subsequently sold to Advanced Micro Devices. Whether...
Anybody here familiar with Cyrix? The MediaGX was one of the earliest devices that would qualify as a "system-on-chip".

Bob
@CoderCat that's a KMS-activated one
needs to connect to the KMS server every 6 months

how come it cannot now

Bob
also, it's a type of volume licence and if it's not from your employer then it's probably illegal

it would have been from my brothers past employer
I'm guessing
that was a while ago now though
or he pirated it

Bob
@CoderCat because people often use it with either unauthorised KMS server clones or (incorrectly) publicly exposed KMS servers from other organisations
@CoderCat then it's only a valid licence as long as it's part of that network

2:43 AM
I'll have to ask him when he gets up (in his stupid mood)

Quick question: Will I need to learn KMS for the MCSA Windows 10 cert?

2:54 AM
university qualification marks are worth nothing unless you wanna move on to a teaching degree or a masters degree afterwards.
because everybody just leaves work till the last minute and slacks and therefore will have the same qualitifation as you fo unless they fail
the qualification matters but whether its a 2:2 or a 1:1 or whatever only really matters if you want to be a teacher
so just blag through the MCSA
then again maybe your country isnt so screwed up
its basically: school (where you're told if you work hard you can get a good job) then college (where you're told that you would be extremely lucky to get a job in what you're studying) and then (uni where you need to do stupid tasks just to prove to some pencil pusher that you're good at what you do + where your only worry really is to pass.) then to work in mcdonalds (probably)
because of entire country sized debt cause of corporate greed, dodgy governments, and careless banks
I think that just about sums it up

lol

@bwDraco became the AMD geode
And iirc some early netbooks used it

then again, maybe Im too young, was it always the case that getting good high school or college grades meant you could get a good job?
I feel like it used to be because why else would parents and teachers say it to their kids
I just feel like my education has been a complete waste of 21 years, blood sweat and tears, etc etc

3:10 AM
@CoderCat It used to be. Then the Great Recession came and millions were laid off.
Companies are now super-hesitant to hire anyone without experience.

I think im now going to get quite drunk

3:27 AM
Now here's something interesting from the Department of Energy: energy.gov/eere/articles/how-does-lithium-ion-battery-work

3:39 AM
(I'm glad I have a motherboard with an M.2 heatsink built in :P)
Hmm... Sunon Vapo-Bearing. Did some research on it - appears to be a magnetic bearing, which, if implemented properly, has unlimited operating life because there is no mechanical contact at all.
16,500 RPM, lol

mmmm the smell of whisky

4:48 AM
@bwDraco dang. almost turbine speed

@allquixotic Well... my motherboard has an M.2 heatsink that is built over the chipset/southbridge heatsink, and my 960 PRO has never come anywhere near throttling.
The highest temperature ever recorded by CrystalDiskInfo on this SSD... is 49 °C. Samsung SSDs don't throttle until you hit at least 70 °C (see cdrlabs.com/reviews/…)
The noise you'd hear from this sort of fan in a typical desktop would be a soft but constant high-pitched hum.
They say 25 dBA, which isn't loud by any means, but I suppose it would be audible most of the time.

5:11 AM
...and here's my review of the Ryzen 7 1800X: newegg.com/Product/SingleProductReview.aspx?ReviewID=5078735

1 hour later…
6:16 AM
so... was thinking about the Cyrix MediaGX SoC again. Reading the old press release reminded me of how PCs were marketed back then: the big buzzword was multimedia.

Back then, PCs were seen as productivity and business devices, being used primarily for stuff like word processing, database management, payroll, etc. The idea that a computer could be used for interactive video and audio was new, and typically required expensive graphics and sound cards.
These days, we take the ability to watch funny cat videos on YouTube for granted and the big buzzword these days is gaming.
Your thoughts on the "multimedia" systems of the 90s?

@bwDraco the earliest I remember of anything focused on gaming on the PC was, of course, the 3dfx Voodoo graphics accelerator
that's because there weren't many practical applications for it other than gaming -- if you wanted to do 3d rendering, you bought an expensive SGI box like the one @JourneymanGeek has

the quality was much higher

6:27 AM
lol

Which is probably less powerful than a modern phone
Multimedia wasn't just about gaming though

> interactive video and audio

One of the nice things with tech being new and shiny was people tried new things
FMV games, adventure games, and RTSes innovated a lot

Educations software with videos demonstrating how something worked. Interactive presentations, charts, and diagrams. Digital music creation and playback. All that stuff was fairly new back then.

also rediculously large sleeves of cds
lol

6:31 AM
These days... we don't really need specialized hardware platforms for content creation. Those old SGI workstations have been replaced with commodity PC hardware, though often in server-style configurations.
And, with the advent of consumer manycore processors like Ryzen Threadripper and Core i9, it's easier than ever for the typical enthusiast to jump in. You no longer need to spend tens of thousands of dollars on workstation gear.

hah
actually the hardware that does the actual rendering in a vfx situation's....
basically just lots of older blades, run to the ground
and render time consistancy is more important than speed

> multimedia PC
Good old days...

not really
Basically every pc now is a "multimedia pc"

Yup.

Even if optical drives are optional again
and anything on the lower end has most of the basics - video, audio and network, built in

6:41 AM
> XpressRAMâ„¢, XpressGRAPHICSâ„¢ and XpressAUDIOâ„¢
> XpressRAM
Remember the northbridge? There was no such thing as an IMC back then.
Well, at least for consumer PCs.

errrr
integrated memory controllers are eh, only about 5 generations old on intel
probably less on AMD cause longer product cycles

The press release said:
> XpressRAM ensures maximum application performance while eliminating expensive memory components.
No northbridge = lower BOM.
@JourneymanGeek lol

Well that's kinda the idea
lower cost, higher yields, optionally better efficiency and performance

Also, the MediaGX was cheap. It costed a mere $79.

and at some point we hit "good enough" for 1080p60 at very low cost
@bwDraco availability and market tho

6:49 AM
Yup.

those things were designed for, set top boxen?

@JourneymanGeek It was for entry-level multimedia PCs.

and that was one of the nice things with all those small, ultimately doomed companies ;p

No substitute for real discrete graphics and audio hardware back then, but being able to do "multimedia", to any degree, was a big deal.

well, audio's kinda pretty much bog standard commodity parts now
maybe add a better headphone amp, and some post processing.

6:52 AM
These days, the processor graphics on a modern Intel processor has no trouble doing 4K playback. You don't need a fancy PC to do this stuff anymore.

lol
I kiiinda have hardware accerated upscaling set up
which actually pushes my GPU a little
I should probably upgrade

lol

running a really old version cause... lazy ;p

Bob
7:16 AM
@JourneymanGeek SVP? :P

@Bob I had some reason for madvr over SVP
IIRC cause I wanted upscaling rather than refresh rate improvements?

Bob
@JourneymanGeek I think you can combine them

Bob
SVP is mostly targeted towards cartoon-style animation though (anime, etc)

Bob
7:17 AM
where you don't really have blur

Most of my viewing is liveactionish things

Bob
so the inter-frame interpolation really helps
yea, live action kinda has the blur built-in

amusingly the only animated stuff I watch at the moment's RWBY
and that's on youtube

Bob
@JourneymanGeek any good?

ehh
voice acting verges on too peppy

user226528
7:23 AM
Guys, have you noticed that most of the times, the best app of a certain genre does not have a name that identifies it genre?

and its the odd thing where first few seasons have worse non action sequence animation, and the later seasons kinda plod a bit

user226528
For example, if you search Google for "encoder', "converter" or "transcoder", you find all kinds of low-end stuff but the best app in this field is ffmpeg.

user226528
Also, if you search "CAD", you'll find AutoCAD, libreCAD and all the others but the best CAD app is CATIA.

@FleetCommand "best CAD" is highly subjective.
Both AutoCAD and CATIA require special workstation graphics cards for optimal performance.

user226528
@bwDraco You are thinking about 3ds max and Maya. CAD software don't need special graphics subsystem.

user226528
7:32 AM
But you need one hell of a CPU.

user226528
The two glaring exceptions to this find are "photoshop" and "office". "Adobe Photoshop" and "Microsoft Office" are definitely the best.

user226528
Not only that, the genre is named after them.

Obviously. That's not really subjective.

@bwDraco kinda sorta
as I understand it, some cards are "qualified"

Bob
@JourneymanGeek ...just watched the first ep, and... well, there goes my free time for the next month :P

7:36 AM
which means they're tested to work flawlessly
@Bob SORRY!

Bob
also the theme song is nice

user226528
Don't read too much into that. AutoDesk's test are never thorough.

@Bob I'm not actually too fond of the theme song. Its this wierd rappy rock
@FleetCommand oh of you're running a fleet of graphics work stations...
you literally stick to specific driver/hardware combinations

Bob
@JourneymanGeek lol, it's fairly typical for anime OPs
I'm not really getting the rappy bit though

user226528
7:38 AM
@JourneymanGeek It was initially like that: Very strict purchase orders. Then, repair, maintenance and age came. Somehow, graphics cards didn't survive as long as CPUs and motherboards.

Bob
@JourneymanGeek wait, we are talking about the same song right? youtube.com/watch?v=WDpPjPCBkiw

I'd warn tho, the fight sequences in the first few seasons (the guy who created it died) are a little better

user226528
So, we had replace cards fast... and I mean fast. So, we ended up purchasing ... not that strictly.

@Bob ehh, I don't like her voice lol

Bob
ah

7:41 AM
I also find the voice actress who does ruby;s voice annoying lol
...
holy shit

Bob
@JourneymanGeek I think they're much better than most anime dubs :P
(makes sense, considering english is apparently the native language here)

@Bob my opinion of anime dubs... is usually poor ;p
(wrong window. Was just updating some non SE using techie friends on the epic ;p)

user226528
@JourneymanGeek I actually find it fun to find fan subs of officially released English animes. They tell how different was the story in the Japanese release. And sometimes, very different.

@FleetCommand subs I'm fine/prefer

user226528
Oh, you said "dubs" not "subs". Sorry.

user226528
7:51 AM
Say, does Porco Rosso count as anime?

user226528
8:10 AM
Did you guys know Rapidgator.net is still in business?

user226528
Anyway, someone has shared a Rapidgator.net link with me and I cannot download it in my Firefox or my Chrome. I have to use ... Microsoft Edge.

user226528
I'd better write back and ask for a OneDrive or Google Drive link. What's the worst that could happen?

8:50 AM
@FleetCommand Did Autodesk refuse to provide support for the software on the systems that had hardware replaced with parts that were not validated?

user226528
@bwDraco That certain fleet didn't have AutoCAD or any Autodesk software. It was just a graphically intense set of stations that got their graphics cards replaced.

Hmm...
Did the support agreement mandate the use of validated or certified configurations to receive any or all support?

user226528
As I said earlier, my hands-on experience with AutoCAD has always been with systems that didn't need or have powerful graphical subsystems.

user226528
For 2D maps, Intel HD 4000 does it quite nicely.

user226528
8:56 AM
But the CPU has to be powerful.

user226528
Of course, GPU computing is probably nice to have.

9:26 AM

user226528
Your favorite numbers?

2.1 was attacking the keyboard.

meow

2.1 is humanoid.
tho he does do a good meow.

Bob
9:40 AM
that's numberwang!

DAS NUMBERWANG!

is that a new meme?
I am starting to see it lately

user226528
@jokerdino If they wanted to tell us, they'd have done so by now. It's probably not worth bothering.

I looked it up and it makes sense.
that was numberwang

user226528
Has it ever happened to you that you see a very handsome man or beautiful woman (depending on what you are) and think: I must absolutely have him/her? Well, one thing is certain: His/her name isn't numberwang.

9:54 AM
o_O
Nope

user226528
10:36 AM
Alright, film quiz: Name one film character who appears in all films of a certain famous franchise despite the fact that she (or maybe he) dies in the first film.

user226528
Oh, wait. Wrong chat window. Okay, feel free not to bother with the question.

lol
Casper?

Bob
Voldemort?

user226528
Astute guesses but both have already been dead. You don't see them dying in the first film.

for casper you do.
star wars?
i don't know star wars well enoug hto guess who ;D

user226528
10:42 AM
Oh, you are talking about Obi-Wan Kenobi? Oh, he doesn't appear in all films.

user226528
Also, I am checking Wikipedia, and it says Casper was already dead: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casper:_A_Spirited_Beginning

im not a film buff
Captain america?

user226528
Captain America doesn't die in the first film.

he was under the sea for 40 years!

Bob
@FleetCommand Well. I mean. Technically, he was dead-ish before, became un-dead-ish, and then dead-ish again after.

user226528
10:46 AM
@Bob Yeah. But you don't see him die in the first film.

user226528
He was in the state of "already dead" when the film begins.

The fictional character, Casper the Friendly Ghost who appears in numerous cartoon shorts as well as Harvey Comics publication, has appeared in five films since his inception, most of which were either released in television or straight-to-video while only one was released theatrically, most are unrelated to each other. Like in the comics and animated shorts, the films feature Casper, a ghost of a dead child who refuses to frighten other people and would like nothing more than to be friends with them; however, his appearance would often get him shunned and petrified by whoever he encounters, but...
> This was also the first film to feature a CGI character in a lead role.[1] The film gave Casper a back-story and is the only time that explains his death. In the film, Casper was a twelve-year-old boy living in Whipstaff Manor with his inventor father J.T. McFadden until he died from pneumonia after playing out in the cold until it was past nightfall This was also the only film to have Casper on screen in his human form.

Bob
@FleetCommand I feel like the transition from un-dead-ish to dead-ish could count as dying

user226528
Still, Casper, as @djsmiley2k guessed is a much better answer.

user226528
Also, does Voldemort appear in all Harry Potter sequels?

Bob
10:49 AM
heh

@FleetCommand Spoilers!

Bob
wasn't a serious attempt anyway, just struck me as funny
that said, I'm not entirely sure if he makes an appearance in PoA

I didn't realise how many casper films there were!!
@Bob that's with Sirius right?
he does, in the house, killing... someone?

user226528
@JourneymanGeek How about you? Doesn't ring any bells?

@djsmiley2k Yea, sets Nagini on the deaf, arthiritic old man.

10:53 AM
ehh. Terminator? ;p (almost)

user226528
@MichaelFrank That's not PoA.

nope not the old guy
in the shrieking shack

user226528
That'd be the eighth movie.

user226528
Harry Potter franchise is unique for me in a way: I couldn't put the books down even when I had exams. And I loved them. But in the meantime, I hate the films, the video games, and the play based on the franchise.

Nahhhh, I was thinking of the Goblet of Fire scene.
Frank, the caretaker of the Riddle house.

user226528
10:55 AM
Yeah.

From the Voldemort wiki:
> Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Mentioned only)
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (film) (Mentioned only)
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (video game) (Mentioned only)
Anyway... I hate getting to Sunday night and realising you forgot to do any washing over the weekend. :|

user226528
You can say that again. It is divine punishment.

user226528
Anyway, the character that I was thinking of was Captain Barbossa of Pirates of the Carribeans. But Casper is also an equally good answer.

Bob
@FleetCommand Ha. Yea, the films were really far too rushed and left out a lot of the backstory from the books.
I've only watched three of them

I imagine in the book it's more like how Gandalf reacts when Frodo says he'll take the ring to Mordor during the secret council meeting.

user226528
11:10 AM
I categorically hated the depiction of Snape in the films. In the books, he was a true evil sadist. I felt his harassments in my bones. In the film, he was pathetic. I laughed every time he tried to harass Harry and Ron.

It's been so long since I read any of the books

user226528
@MichaelFrank The HonestTrailers channel once referred to Dumbledore as Gandolf the Gay.

you see barbosa die in the first one?

user226528
Yes.

user226528
11:15 AM
Categorically.

user226528
He was shot. He bragged that Sparrow had wasted his shot. Turner reveals that he actually didn't, as Barbossa is no longer immortal. Barbossa exposes the bullet wound, which is leaking blood. He proclaims that he is feeling cold, and dies.

11:36 AM
Apple pls... I don't want to set up Apple Pay, stop telling me that my iPad is not fully set up!

user226528
Also, I don't want to set up FaceTime either.

Okay, washing is done. Time for bed. x_x

fixed my activation issue

Hello folks, how's everyone doin'?

alright
still a virgin tho

mehh

I need a bit of assistance, I have a rather... special... situation.

I know all about those

6:07 PM
I've a new Ryzen computer, with an NVIDIA 710 GPU
And I have 4 monitors
The problem being that the 3 monitors connected to the GPU are working fine, but the final one (connected to the I/O panel), reports no signal.
I have both Windows and Ubuntu on the machine, and it consistently reproduces on both
Any clue on what I should do to get the fourth monitor working?

6:24 PM
setup the onboard video card?
unless your bios doesn't support running both at once?

@MadaraUchiha the "I/O panel" connects to the motherboard; the motherboard's I/O panel only connects to the system's integrated graphics chipset, not the Nvidia card.

Okay, quite random, but opinion needed. Should I enable file versioning on my backup bucket (on backblaze b2)? I back up with duplicity which does have backup versioning so it shouldn't be necessary
BUT if I get hacked or if the bucket's contents get deleted somehow, I might lose data.

to render on the Nvidia GPU and output to the monitor plugged into the motherboard you'd need something like Lucidlogix Virtu MVP on your motherboard, a discrete piece of hardware that either you do or don't have (it's quite old by now though, so you probably don't)

But that's unlikely to happen.

also here the GT 710 explicitly states in the manufacturer specs that it only supports 3 monitors
the only way you could possibly get all four monitors working is if you did something like run two separate X servers, and have the Nvidia GPU on one and the IGP (if applicable) on the other, but I don't think Ryzen desktop chips have an IGP

6:59 PM
nods
If you have a Ryzen chip yoo probably have a motherboard with an AM4 socket
According to wikipedia (source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/…) those support APU's
(Where APU sort if is CPU + GPU welll intergrated).
So AM4 motherboards usually ship with graphics out, fed from thge GPU part of the chip
Checking the infor on Ryzen (source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryzen) I see lots of CPUs (not APU's) for the desktop).
Such a chip will work great as CPU, but it will not provide any graphics.
So the port on the motherboard is useless.
And as Allquixotic already mentioned: THe Nvidia card may not support all outputs which it has.
E.g. mine has 5 ports, but if I use HDMI I loose functionality on two DVI outputs.
(Which is fine, 2 or 3 DP are enough for me)
So you either:
1) Need to settle for 3 screens.
2) Or add another graphics out (e.g. an additional graphics card, or an USB based HW card, or Thunderbolt based HW card, of a saftware fake GPU (which is slow and can use a lot of CPU cycles) with a decidated USB device which provide graphics out.
3) Or daisy chain display ports if you have MST capable monitors.
Basically that is
Computer ------> (dp In) Monitor 1 (dp out) ------ (dp in) on Monitor 2

@MadaraUchiha As far as I can tell, Fermi and Kepler are not able to support four monitors on a single card. You will need to upgrade to a newer card - may I suggest the GeForce GTX 1050 family?
(the GT 710 is Kepler GK208)
Also, current desktop Ryzen processors do not have integrated graphics. Ryzen APUs (Raven Ridge) for desktop platforms are expected in early 2018.

@bwDraco much, MUCH BETTER

AMD has already launched Raven Ridge for laptops, to mixed reception. The performance looks fantastic, but the APUs appear to be held back by very buggy drivers; frequent crashes and poor video playback battery life (pointing to a lack of GPU video decode acceleration) have been noted.
As for NVIDIA multi-monitor support... Maxwell (900 series) introduced quad-monitor support on a single card. GM107, GM200, GM204, and GM206 can all support four monitors. That includes the GTX 750 Ti, as well as everything in the 900 series from the GTX 950 up.
For Pascal, GP102, GP104, GP106, and GP107 all support four monitors, covering everything from the GTX 1050 up. (The GP108-based GT 1030 supports up to two monitors.)
You may need additional parts to connect all displays, though.

hum de dum

@allquixotic @bwDraco Right, The card only has 3 sockets, and all 3 of them work well.
The problem is the fourth that connects to the motherboard, that one doesn't work.
@bwDraco I think that's my problem
So basically, I need a better card.
