ugh. was up all night trying to finish this

I can't help but wonder if eating the teabag would be an effective way of getting more caffeine

So far: 1L of energy drinks and two giant mugs of tea o.O

@DragonLord Nup. I generally don't do coffee.

Got some instant coffee here but I tend to avoid it.

Being lactose-intolerant doesn't help.

I think I've had ~400mg of caffeine in the last 12 hours.

Apparently 400-600mg is the recommended max per day.

This is gonna be a looooooong day.

@Bob Yeah. I'd say avoid more than 300mg under normal circumstances.

More than 500mg or so a day and adverse affects start to creep up.

Eh, a normal day for me involves no caffeine at more (optimally).

This was one audit out of the last ~~four~~ six, from the records I'm looking at.

Can another mod lift the review ban? I don't see how he deserves it.
