@U11-Forward "all answers need to have a positive score", so the script counts your 1st 10 answers of the time frame and guess what, there is a 0 on the 2nd answer (not your #2)

@Mithical they do not have to be to different questions. But only counts if they are bit deleted or closed, and all of them have a positive score

Since the criteria for the Curious badge makes it clear it need not be consecutive “Ask a well-received question on 5 separate days.”

I got two dozen Vexillologists overnight, for posts I flagged as Very Low Quality / Not an Answer / Rude/Abusive / Spam and all of which (AFAICT) have been subsequently deleted.

So perhaps it's "vote/flag a question and it gets closed, or flag an answer and it gets deleted".

Close votes are technically flags too, so that would fit the name of the hat.
