@PeterTurner I've been drafting that "easy Meta post" of mine. Started part 2 with a bit about... how much I've read into a one-sentence Chat reply from you :-). I think I avoided phrasing it anything like an accusation, but I want to ask if I'm effectively making up some idea you never said. If I only edit the "herm..." word to "intersex", or edit it plus link to the Wikipedia, there's a degree of concern it could be "something the original author would not find themselves wanting to say"?

@curiousdannii yep, my email was successful :-). Naturally came across a second instance. And later searched to re-find the second instance, turns out we're down to "10 results".
@curiousdannii From the edit review / "it's not the best term, but...", my impression is this will likely involve discussion at some point. Make more sense to post the longer explanation to Meta. Hmm, I can guess at comment response times and then suggest an edit on timeout?
