@KorvinStarmast Although not a Catholic, I personally believe the Holy Spirit has a hand in guiding the "shepherds" of large denominations including the Roman Catholic church because literally billions of souls are in their care, whether "shepherds" refer to the Magisterium, the Curia, the College of Cardinals, the council of bishops, only the Pope himself, or even all individual priests and religious. So I pray that if any influential "shepherd" need correction (in whatever form), it will come soon.

@GratefulDisciple That's two of us. :)

I also pray that any decision / authoritative document issued by the Magisterium, precisely because the it affects billions, it should have the position that can be affected by conservative, true-to-scripture Christianity at large, for the sake of future reconciliation.
@KorvinStarmast BTW, thanks for the encouragement for my post today.

@GratefulDisciple That would be nice. but one thing I learned about catholic church, change usually comes slowly, when it comes.

@KorvinStarmast I used to admire the Jesuits, but lately they have been somewhat too liberal. Pope Francis being the first Jesuit worries me. The Jesuits are very smart and cunning, too much for their own good, maybe, so that's why no Jesuits have been Pope until now.
Gotta go, TTYL.

blessings and prayers to you ...
