Unlike most books of the Bible, the two Corinthians epistles share a tag: corinthians. What do you think about splitting it up into 1-corinthians and 2-corinthians?

@fredsbend @El'endiaStarman I'm not convinced it would be helpful in this case. There are more problems in there than just FMS's so it's a difficult set to analyze. The screenshot also wouldn't show the timeline of what got deleted when. I think re-hashing that mess would only serve to re-enforce his miss-understanding about the ephemeral nature of comments.

@Caleb So we should just stress that comments are meant to be deleted eventually anyway and any persisting beyond yours will be deleted as well? I don't think that will help him either. He will feel it has gone unanswered.

@fredsbend That might be a bug. I deleted their actual first post from the week before today (Catholic answer on Protestant question) which apparently made the one remaining post show up in their periodic "first post" scan.
@fredsbend I'm not strictly opposed to it but I don't know what doing so will fix. There is a giant mess of comments that were all out of line (not just FMS, the fault was with multiple parties). We cleaned it up. That's how the system is supposed to work. What exactly will micro-analyzing it now and throwing out more blame do anybody? How will that promote proper usage patterns?

I've sufficiently said that I'm in favor of any comment not talking about the post's problems is fair game for deletion, even if that comment also addresses the post's problems.
