@Wyrsa There is no requirement to write a comment when voting to close a question, because that can sometimes lead to the question author harassing or retaliating against the commenter. This is why the list of close voters is hidden from low rep members, so that they focus on the reason for the closure, not the close voters.
If someone ever votes to close for a custom reason then that always posts a comment. But if they're using one of the regular close reasons, then we would like to think that the close reason descriptions are sufficient for understanding why the question was closed. The question asker can of course always ask in the comments for a more detailed reason why.
If you think any of the site-specific close reasons need improvement, then you can suggest improvements on Meta. We do change them from time to time based on community feedback.
