Hello. I just wanted to say that I am just finding out how much of a community this website is, and it's pretty dope. It seems like people actual recognize other users as real, physical people and not just unidentifiable robots behind screens; it's pretty cool! I joined maybe a week or so ago.

Welcome! And yeah, I like our community too. :)

data.stackexchange.com/christianity/query/128153/… Dumb question: how do I use this? Is this still functional? How do I format my user name?

@AlexStrasser That takes your user ID, which you can get by going to your profile (christianity.stackexchange.com/users/42818/alex-strasser) and looking at the number in the URL, which is 42818 in this case.

I know it's a tough issue, but this question should be getting more love than this: How does Jesus have two wills in light of the rejection of Nestorianism? (Orthodox Trinitarian view)

@Nathaniel It's brand new, I wouldn't say it's unloved

@curiousdannii :) well, for me, it's been up all day.

@Nathaniel What do you think about this answer: christianity.stackexchange.com/a/66320/6071

@curiousdannii Oh, interesting. I'll read it more closely later; looks somewhat problematic at first glance

Divine simplicity makes my head hurt. It just doesn't make sense to me to say that God is identical to his attributes.
It seems like it confuses sense and reference.
