@Becky李蓓 Between the low number (eight?) users with close-vote privileges, Thanksgiving, and a lack of (non-staff) moderators, I'm not terribly surprised. As much as it should be removed, I'm not really convinced a red flag is appropriate. Looking at the recently-closed questions, it might just sit there until SpencerG (CM) closes and/or deletes it.
