@cocomac If a user copies over their own content from an external site, that's allowed. They are not required to cite the source when it's their own content. If they do link to the source, then they need to disclose affiliation.

@SmokeDetector seed for metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/381676, as noted by jps in SOCVR (and confirmed via mod tools): The user 'BNI API Management' signed up on 5:35, then at 6:01 someone asks how to create a JWT for BNI API (with a link), 4 minutes later BNI Mangement answered (repeating the link) and immediately the answer gets accepted and upvoted.

Well, 2 of the answers were posted before the user was told to disclose affiliation. In their latest answer, they do disclose. The linked github was just published, and seems relevant to the questions as well, so it mostly seems like a user who's unaware of the site policies, rather than someone trying to spam a product/service. (No issues with them being reported, as they do lack disclosure).
