@cocomac No worries. I realize that message was confusing. I tend to use tp when talking about feedback, since that's all that matters to SD. Also, you can use tp and tpu pretty interchangeably (apart from the case of vandalism), and you can always just give tp feedback if you're unsure whether a user should be blacklisted.

Ehhhh, not really. This is not a state that things can normally get into, because deleting a question deletes the answers. However, moderators can undelete answers to deleted questions, which is useful in some rare circumstances.

@cocomac It is, that's why you have to -force the reports. SD doesn't automatically re-scan or re-report questions for a certain period of time after the initial report. Perhaps we should have an exception for that for substantial increases in score.

It is the overwhelming majority on SO.
