@JeffSchaller Better accuracy would be nice, and we could reasonably be a bit more accurate. However, given all the network delays, and that we can't fetch the actual SE system recorded deletion time (we can only record the time at which the deletion is reported to SD on the SE WebSocket), the level of accuracy of our deletion information can easily be off by a few, up to at least several, seconds.
