@double-beep Potentially, yes, there will be. For what you're searching for, it will probably be OK to show the non-regex search results (i.e. for something that's highly unique like the URL path for a regex shortener).
In general, you should not be scripting a significant quantity of automatically fetched regex searches on MS. Programmatic regex searches via the MS API are something that are restricted to pre-authorized applications. You shouldn't scrape the search results page to get around that in any significant volume.
As I recall, all such previously authorized applications were explicitly de-authorized from making programmatic regex searches, because it caused general performance problems on MS, even with a single authorized application.
It's probably OK if you instigate one at the explicit request of a user (i.e. the user clicks a button to fetch the results), but always loading such regex results upon someone just opening the FIRE dialog should not be done, particularly if you're doing more than one in parallel (in parallel including ones which have not yet returned a result from a prior call, including if it's in a different browser tab, as those are still being run on MS, even if you don't care about the results anymore).
Side note: your regex should have a (?-i:) if you're looking at URL paths for shorteners (i.e. they are case sensitive).
