(Resubmitting as obviously the reviewer did not fully understand what the PR is meant to catch)

11:24 PM
@Xnero When you disagree with a blacklist manager over a rejected watch PR, please give them some time to respond before adding the PRs again. Presumably, they had a reason for rejecting those watches, which may not be clear from the stated reject reason. They could also be wrong of course, but simply resubmitting the watch means someone else might expend effort reviewing it, without knowing the context. It would be nice to avoid duplicated efforts as far as possible.

user435118
@cigien The PR clearly agrees with guidance.

@Xnero Yes, you made it clear that you feel that way. My point still stands; why not have a discussion before resubmitting the watch? I'm sure Mast would be willing to have the discussion, but by resubmitting the watch, you're basically saying they're wrong, and trying to have it your way without giving them a chance to explain.

@cigien Sure, they can ask why I disagree and I'll explain but I wouldn't trust them to do an effective review and give adequate reason of rejection before completely understanding guidance and what the PR does.

[ SmokeDetector ] Blacklists reloaded at rev 8f6a42f4d (SmokeDetector: Auto watch of (518)293-0860 by cigien) (running on teward/Osiris)

@Xnero While that is not at all the impression I have, you are of course entitled to feel that way. I will point out that this is something that should be resolved; having someone submitting PRs, but them not trusting someone who is in a position to review those PRs, sounds like a problem.
I don't know how that should be resolved, and being relatively new to the project, there may be personal dynamics I'm unaware of, so I'm not making any concrete suggestions. But a situation like this is not ideal, so if you can resolve it somehow that would be great.
