@Yatin No, that name shouldn't be blacklisted. Apart from it being a common real name, there are currently at least 3 users across SE with that username with reasonable contributions. The 11|0|3 result is only for posts recorded in MS. You can use this SEDE query by Glorfindel to find all users with a username. It won't do a regex search, and it's case-insensitive, but it works well for this purpose.

This is clearly an affiliate link, given the tracking information pointing to "video.stackexchange", "paris" (the user's name), and today's date. At the very least, they need to disclose their affiliation.
