@metasmoke That's naa 'cause the author of the answer already has good contributions.

@VictorVosMottor It's R/A for being complete nonsense.
But I get where you're coming from.
It's probably best to mark as TP while flagging as NAA.

R/A? It's not completely nonsense 'cause I guess it contains greeting
@Mast You are probably right so it's tp- just I guess tpu- is too much.

A greeting is irrelevant in an answer.

Marked as tp- on MS and flagged as naa

[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Potentially bad ns for domain in answer (1): Is there a web page where I can test a WMS URL? by user176287 on gis.SE

9:03 PM
@Mast Is R/A not appropriate for that? My flag got accepted fwiw.

@cigien On a 1-rep user? Yes.
Red flags on older users are use more carefully.
I flagged R/A here too, but it could've gone either way.

Oh, that's very interesting. I haven't really been considering user's rep/age when judging R/A content.

From the Feedback Guidance:
> For users with more than a very small amount of reputation, you should stay away from red-flags (spam or R/A) (MSE). Give those users the benefit of doubt and raise an NAA flag. In addition, be aware that which flags are acceptable for this type of content are different on some individual sites.

[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Potentially bad keyword in body (1): Commenting on YouTube videos under categories? by IsoSketch on stackoverflow.com

This is quite interesting. Frankly, the higher the rep/contributions a user has, the less tolerant I would be, and more inclined to raise a flag. If a high rep user posts nonsense and then doesn't notice that they got downvoted, and doesn't delete the post immediately, it's certainly possible that it was an honest mistake. In that case, the higher the rep, the more likely they are to know how to fix the problem than a new user, e.g. by posting on that site's Meta.
