@NobodyNada Would you have any objection if I moved the recent username used on Meta.SE from the watch list to the blacklist?
@user12986714 I'm not saying it's not spam, but at 97 subscribers, 2.8k views (on one of the two videos) and 3+ months since posting that video, puts it beyond where I feel it's reasonable to say definitively "this is spam". It's definitely NAA, and likely spam, but not definitely spam, IMO.
@user12986714 If that was the only one included, or even better, the only one in the channel, I'd be much more likely to agree with "this is spam". It's just that with more videos that have existed for longer, more subscribers, etc. it starts being significantly more likely that there might be someone that just happens to be a fan of the channel.

I have been asked, more than once, to research the user and account history before 'going all nuclear' (blacklisting the user) - so I simply asked, before casting a flag.

@Mast Just FYI: All watch and blacklist entries are case insensitive, unless you explicitly disable the i flag to make them case sensitive. For example, (?-i:ThiS iS cAsE SensItIvE).

@tripleee Naturally, but I don't understand how changing the case is going to help with that. I can understand putting the proper domain in it for a blacklisted-website and a space between them for blacklisted-user. But what about the casing?
Oh, I just realized not all blacklists may be case-insensitive.

That's only 2 lists.
So for the watchlist it doesn't matter, but should they be moved to the real blacklists eventually they'd have to be made more specific.
@tripleee Could be. But it's a common name and for some reason North African and Eastern cultures tend to spell their names ALL CAPS a lot more than westerners.
