^^ This is the second one. Maybe a watch is reasonable after all? Note also that this one puts the link in a comment, which looks like an attempt to evade automatic detection. There is little doubt that this is now a pattern of deliberate abuse. It may not be spam, though.

Restart: API quota is 19229.

@EliahKagan I've added you to the privilege list for SD. You should run the !!/amiprivileged command to verify. If you haven't already, it would be a good idea to read through the Feedback Guidance, SmokeDetector wiki, and SmokeDetector commands (in particular feedback).
In addition, there's an Introduction to Participating in Charcoal.
You may also want to look at the userscripts we have available (GitHub), as they can be quite helpful, depending on how you want to participate. For viewing, feedback & flagging in chat, I find FIRE and AIM to be the ones I use the most.
For flagging through the userscripts, your metasmoke account needs to be write authenticated with SE, which, if you haven't already done so can be done from the authentication page and doesn't require you to also sign up for autoflagging, although it's also a required step for signing up for autoflagging.
In addition, the checkbox that says "Use my account to cast flags automatically" on this page also needs to be checked, to enable manual flagging. If you have no entries in the "ID Site Count Flags Used Today" list at the bottom of that page, then autoflagging will still not be enabled, but manual flagging through the userscripts will be enabled.
Just so you know, we normally tell people when they are getting privileges that we practice the "ton of bricks" discipline method here: If you mess-up sufficiently, or consistently, we come down like a ton of bricks :-).
To quote ArtOfCode: "TL;DR: ton-of-bricks is mostly to say that we almost never need to enforce things because things enforce themselves through having a good community here. If it gets to the point that someone's enforcing something, something's gone badly wrong."

@SmokeDetector I agree that this is tp, and disagree with @Makyen, because user Profile is an SEO in India: webmasters.stackexchange.com/users/106851/jeewangarg - The user does use the company name as the user name and the use of the URL is gratuitous meta.stackexchange.com/a/243214/282094 and unnecessary for the post. Currently the vote is -4. I did read: meta.stackexchange.com/q/61249/282094 but rather than it being a poor
name choice or NAA it's more of squeezing in a signature or tagline for the purposes of advertising. Rather than using example.com .
Fix by editing.

@Rob The OP's use of their own domain as the examples for what they want to accomplish is fairly typical for a naive question. They could have used "example.com", but it's quite common to use their own domain. The score of -4 is strongly influenced by the autoflags which were placed on the answer. Just the fact that it's a new, poorly researched question that was posted as an answer would get some downvotes. Thus, I have a hard time equating the score to evidence of it being spam.
The intent may be spam, but my preference is to give them the benefit of doubt and just call it NAA. If it was a question, it would be reasonable to edit it, but given that it's NAA and will be deleted, I don't see a reason to edit.

@Makyen Apropos of this recent SmokeDetector detection, can you offer any background on why the domain docs.microsoft.com is a pattern trigger? Looking at the history of this pattern, it has a very high false-positive rate. I can't imagine it ever being a problematic portion of a post, and I imagine all of the TPs in that history were problematic for an unrelated or incidental reason.
I see that the domain is annotated as being on the whitelist, but according to the above-linked MS report, that was the sole reason for flagging that question. (I know you're going to say that "it wasn't flagged, it was just reported", but I can't help myself but use "flag" in the generic sense here, not in the SO-specific sense.)

@NisseEngström 'https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/key-vault/service-to-service' is not caught by a blacklist or watchlist item.

@CodyGray I'm guessing that it's the "service", "azure", "key vault" or similar parts that are triggering some pattern.

[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Pattern-matching website in answer (79): How to convert a Python library from Python2 to Python3 by Blockzilla on stackoverflow.com

@CodyGray The detection was "Pattern-matching website in body". It wasn't triggered from the domain. It was triggered from the URL path including "service" followed within 10 [\w-] characters by "service". The large regular expressions which was matched starts here. Specifically, it's the one starting on this line and for three lines total.
The lines I linked are actually to an array of raw strings, each representing part of a regular expression. The actual large regular expression is constructed here.
As to docs.microsoft.com having the tag #whitelisted, the detection that caught it doesn't currently implement a whitelist exclusion, so the fact that it's on the whitelist wasn't considered wrt. reporting this detection.
