@gparyani Pinging an admin, anyone with write access to SD's repository, or a blacklister (i.e. what used to be called code admin) would make a request like this more effective. Without a ping, someone has to happen to read your message. Given the volume of messages in CHQ, it's not that unlikely that such a request would be missed.
Note: blacklisters (i.e. code admins) should be able reopen an Issue, but I haven't verified that.
@gparyani I'm a bit busy at the moment with something else. You also are asking for policy. As far as I know, the admins haven't discussed policy on this, but I expect it to be that Issues should be reopened if the Issue is still something that should be done. If I get time, I'll see if I can write something up.
SIM update: Version 0.5.1 (GitHub) (install). Display 'No Feedback' when there's no feedback. Improve attaching the "smokey" button to posts: earlier in page load; after inline edits; after other page modifications; on NATO w/ and w/o NATO Enhancements; handle the .post-menu-container which SE may use; in review queues; in close-vote/-flag popups.
