@Stormblessed It would be if the user wasn't linking to/promoting a site with which they are affiliated without disclosing that affiliation. Under SE policy, doing that is considered spam, except in some limited cases (e.g. linking to official documentation for a product you are associated with, such as a Microsoft employee linking to official documentation).
The user is also over-promoting, as 3 of 4 posts which they have made link to their site, and the 4th links to their GitHub account. Over-promotion is another thing that is not permitted under SE policy and is also considered spam.

@Stormblessed It's unclear to me that it's most likely to be used as an insult. On Stack Exchange, there are 267 hits for "tranny", and an additional 7 where it's used in URLs. Contrast that with 9 true positives on metasmoke. From that it looks like it's far more likely to be used without being an insult.
Are there words that would commonly be used in combination with that one which would more accurately indicate that it is in an insult? Other than some swear words, much of the offensive content detection requires more than one word.
For example, one of the regexes is in this block of code. Another is this regex that's watched. There are other detections. However, I do note that neither of those include "tranny". I'll include it with the other words in those with similar meaning.

@Stormblessed This is another one where it would be helpful to combine it with other words. For example, we detect "CBD oil". Are there ways that you're seeing it used which are not being detected? For example, a quick look at the search results on MS for CBD indicates there are a considerable number we're not detecting separately, but that we are detecting those posts for other reasons. The most recent post which contained CBD and was manually reported was 11 months ago.

@NisseEngström Situations like that should really be custom mod-flagged to let the mods know what's going on, particularly when the undisclosed affiliation isn't quite obvious.
