@double-beep Its numbers are quite poor in questions. It's doing better in answers (13 TP, 4 FP, and 1 NAA), but doesn't have many detections yet. However, it has 6 TP where it's the only detection. Looks like it's separate from Linked punctuation in answer, as they don't trigger on the same posts.

@tripleee The definition we're supposed to be using for "ongoing campaign" is that it's part of something that is extending an existing campaign which we have previously identified sufficiently to have put other things in the blacklist. It is not supposed to be something that is new and not associated with other already existing blacklisted items.
@tripleee Have we already placed any of them on the blacklist using the normal 5 TP / 0 FP criteria? If that's not the case, then it's not an "ongoing campaign", per the current definition.
Please understand that I'm not saying we shouldn't choose to have exceptions, or times where we put things on one or more blacklists. I'm saying that we should very clearly understand and recognize when we are doing that and have expressed the reasons for doing so.
@SmokeDetector should these reasons be refactored so that you get either "chinese character in title" or "mostly non-latin title" or a combo "chinese character in mostly non-latin title" so we can filter out some obvious autoflagging mistakes? these reasons will overlap a lot of the time
