@Olivia If it were spam I'd agree, but since the MSE FAQ says that offensiveness should be edited out of offensive posts, I think it's NAA. It was edited during the grace period to not be offensive, which IMO is a retraction of the offensive words.

(I didn't know that NAA feedback triggers the "fp feedback on autoflagged post" emergency alert)

Since mods can't see grace period edits, it's highly likely that red flags would be declined.
