Yep. Perhaps the fix didn't work? It looked like it should have, but without logs it's difficult to tell. Last time Shog9 was able to confirm the endpoint which we were hitting too hard.

If there's still a bug on SE's side, it's possible that we're waiting for the right amount of time but the API is still blocking/backoffing us anyway

the only thing is that other things like deleting messages would still use the first client that actually fetched the room
