@terdon To answer this specific question: NAA was not available as a feedback option, because
the post was a question, not an answer. I agree that it's TP. While it
might be intended as an actual question, it seems much more likely, given the post title, post content, and purported type of website linked that the post's main intent was to advertise their "best android course for beginers [sic]" site.
