@double-beep I don't disagree, but in the absence of indication of malicious intent, I gave them the benefit of the doubt
if it is just an innocent bystander deciding that their company is almost nearly a little bit tangentially relevant and post an answer because of that, the consequences if it really gets closed as spam are pretty dire
so it makes to treat the first transgression more leniently
if they don't learn from their mistakes then absolutely flag as spam with full abandon
the earlier two were posted by a different account and while they are similar, it doesn't look like copy/paste
so in a way NAA is a way of saying "not really suitable here" whereas spam says "clearly posted as purely an abusive promotion; nuke the post and the account and block them from trying again by any possible means"
