Might be an access issue though, it looks like an attempt to compose an email (creating an email from a url is supported, but sending it automatically isn't). But as long as the conversation isn't found, it's fine
@Makyen Interesting, even though there was no indication that this was added to the watchlist (i.e. no blacklists reloaded message and reboot message indicated the prior commit), it did make it in. (cc @iBug) It would be nice if such messages were always printed when the - in the command that indicating silence isn't obeyed. Ideally, the - would be obeyed to suppress the "blacklists reloaded" message, and some indication would always be printed when the trailing - wasn't in the command.

Yes, it's not, but it's supposed to strip out non-numbers.
Supposedly it does two comparisons. 1. The exact text watched. 2. The text watched stripped of non-numbers vs. the post text stripped of non-numbers, or at least that's what we've been told. This is a good test case.
The intent was that it was also supposed to convert the various Unicode characters which can be used to represent digits to digits and compare those too.
