@Mithrandir I've updated your ice cream user name watchlist regex. I'm fairly sure it wasn't doing what you wanted. However, I'm not sure if you are wanting to exclude only "icecream" and "ice\Wcream", or also wanted to exclude something like "vice cream", "dice cream", etc. Currently it is excluding those. If you want it to only exclude "ice" as a word or the beginning of a "icecream" word, then it should be changed to ^.{1,15}(?<!\bice)(?<!\bice\W)cream$.
