@ThomasWard the phone number? we went over that a couple of weeks ago with Makyen but I guess we might want to document it in Teams until we can get proper phone number support

@tripleee if I have some spare time this weekend, I might putter around with a phone-number matching library for Python, and see if I can make it function with both local and international numbers; if it does that well, we can consider potentially using it with Smokey.

What are spam in Stack Exchange exactly? Is this just some comments or answers which uses unwanted and spammy links also comments with +1 and thanks? Isn't there anything else?

It would be nice if SD only reported a post once, unless the post actually changes (e.g. that most recent one was reported twice 2 years ago and hasn't changed since 2013). Reporting exactly the same post multiple times increases work & frustration for people providing feedback and skews our TP/FP numbers.
